Projeto realizado para a Bianchy Realty no Brooklin Paulista – SP, com arquitetura de Marcos Galvão.

Foram utilizadas 10 toneladas de perfis de alumínio na cor cinza fosco RAL 7024, garantindo robustez, acabamento sofisticado e qualidade em todos os detalhes.

The project is located in a strategic location, aiming to not only provide convenient facilities but also inspire a dynamic, green and sustainable lifestyle. It’s includes multi-purpose sports area, conference-exhibition space, café & food area, office and outdoor public facilities.

Architectural Elegance

We played with intersecting planes of glass, stone, and timber to capture light and shadow, giving for work a radiant presence throughout the day. Subtle references to traditional motifs emerge in detailed textures and rhythms, but overall the language is minimal and cohesive. The result is an architectural expression that is at once sophisticated and inviting.

Design Philosophy

We deliberately blended the building with its context so that it “complements and enhances the natural environment, rather than dominates it”. We also embraced biophilic design: abundant daylighting, open sightlines to gardens, and water elements ensure the architecture connects users to the outdoors.
